Join more than 200 women leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs from the Great Lakes region and beyond for two days of personal and professional growth.  The Summit will focus on inspiration, entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. Learn from industry thought leaders, share your experience and expertise, collaborate with fellow technical professionals, and help advance women's leadership in engineering careers.

Speakers will address a broad array of professional leadership topics, including managing technical teams, developing executive presence, finding strength, overcoming stereotypes, and succeeding in a second career.  Professional Development Hours (PDHs) will be provided.

We need your selfies! #LookLikeAnEngineer  This year, our Girls' Engineering Exploration event will have an opening presentation featuring SWE Women on the job.  This will give the 4th-6th grade girls an impression of what real women engineers look like.  Please take a selfie of yourself "on the job" and send, along with your job title, to Earnee Gilling earneejones@yahoo.com.  We need these by Friday February 19th.
