Need Volunteers - SWE-D Girls' Engineering Exploration 2014

If you've ever been interested in getting girls excited about engineering, then this is the perfect event for you.  The focus of Girls' Engineering Exploration (GEE) is to provide girls from Detroit public schools (Grades 4-6) the opportunity to experience a day filled with activities that relate to the fields of math, science, engineering and technology. Most importantly, the goal is for the girls to have fun while they learn and consider these subjects as potential future careers. Please consider donating your time to this extraordinary event.

The planning committee's first meeting will be Wednesday November 20th at 6:30pm in Ferndale.  Come learn about GEE and the different positions open!
